Open house contract for the active substance "Interferon beta 1a, ATC code: L03AB07, for subcutaneous use" until 30.11.2024.

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to § 130a (8) SGB V for an active substance within the framework of a so-called open house procedure. Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a discount contract in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredient. The earliest contract start is 01.10.2022, contract end is 30.11.2024. It is possible to join this open house procedure at any time within the term of the contract.
