Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd (The Association) is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out the interior design of the furnishings and decoration of the communal areas within the Gwynfryn Extra Care Housing Scheme. The contractor will also be expected to supply all necessary furnishings in accordance with the agreed design however the Association will contract the completion of decoration as per the agreed design separately. The appointed contractor will also be considered for the design and supply of interior furnishing for other schemes managed by the Association along with any new developments that may be commissioned within a 3 year period.

The Gwynfryn Extra Care Scheme consists of 50 individual apartments within a large communal building located in the Ammanford area of Carmarthenshire. It includes a range of communal facilities such as corridors with designated sitting areas, offices, meeting rooms, health suites and a restaurant. The appointed contractor will be expected to design the decoration of all office areas however the Association will arrange the supply of office furnishings via its existing approved contractor for this.
