The agreement consists of the collection of the waste paper and cardboard (OPK) offered by households and the processing of the collected OPK from the municipalities of Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot and Reusel-De Mierden.

The assignment includes:

- collection of OPK whereby a distinction is made between a collection and delivery facility,

- transport from the collected OPK to the processing,

- take care of the sale of the collected OPK,

- take care of the financial and administrative handling to the individual municipalities,

- take care of handling complaints.
