The construction project is the 2nd construction phase of the "General renovation of the community center Langwasser", which mainly involves indoor work. In the first phase of construction (2010-2013), a second structural rescue route from the upper storey construction and the outer shell (roofs, window doors, walls) of the main building (without Nebengebäude3) were energetically renovated. The community center (GLW for short) consists of a predominantly single-storey main building, which is only partly basement and partly two-storey. Separately accessible are 3 outbuildings.

Brief description of the works:

- external venetian blind systems, self-supporting approx. 16 m 2 with electric drive and control,

- Venetian blind system, internal, free-hanging as room separation approx. 65 m 2 with electric drive and control.
