Framework agreement intended to define the terms and conditions of future subsequent contracts and order forms for identification services and periodic evaluation of the state of conservation of materials and products containing asbestos and related services, within buildings owned by Toul Habitat.

Services performed on order forms:

- constitution of technical asbestos diagnostics (DTA),

- one-off order,

- update of asbestos technical diagnostics,

- ad hoc order (DTA),

- constitution and updating of asbestos files for private areas (DAPP),

- asbestos identification before home repair work (RAAT),

- evaluation of the state of conservation of asbestos materials,

- visual findings of asbestos removal,

- dust measurements,

- analysis of materials and products likely to contain asbestos carried out within the framework of the missions listed above.

Services subject to subsequent contracts:

- constitution of technical asbestos diagnostics (DTA),

- massive order,

- updating of asbestos technical diagnostics (DTA),

- massive order,

- asbestos identification before rehabilitation works (RAAT),

- asbestos identification before demolition work (RAAT),

- asbestos detection before work (RAAT) and diagnosis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) on asphalt mixes,

- analysis of materials and products likely to contain asbestos carried out within the framework of the missions listed above,

- analysis of PAHs.

The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and maximum order amounts.
