The entity to be acquired comprises the HR system solution, deployment, continuous service maintenance and support service and further development as a SaaS service of companies belonging to the group of traffic control company Fintraffic Ltd. The traffic control company Fintraffic Oy Group consists of the parent company, Fintraffic Control Company Fintraffic Oy and its subsidiaries Fintraffic Raide Oy, Fintraffic Lennonassutus Oy, Fintraffic Meriliikenteencontrol Oy and Fintraffic Tie Oy.

The description of the object of the acquisition and the requirements imposed on it are set out in the procurement documents.

The HR system serves as the main system for employee and organizational data, including reporting. The entity to be acquired is used to process employee data management throughout the lifecycle of employment and for reporting.

The system is utilized for staff development, fulfilment and documentation of employer statutory employer obligations. In accordance with the Data Protection Act (1050/2018) and the Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), all information in the system must be stored in an information secure manner in the HR system. The system must be able to create the necessary forms.

Information on other systems such as the payroll system must be available to the HR system. Similarly, information is exported from the HR system to other systems through integrations. The necessary service is described in the procurement documents.
