"Reconstruction of Student House No. 13 of the Gdańsk University of Technology with a change in the use of part of the ground floor as a kindergarten" - ul. To Studzienka 34 in Gdańsk, plot no. 223/1, 224/4, volume 54.

2. Characteristics of the object

The building in question was built in 1952 as a medium-high, five-storey building, with a full basement, with an attic. The building structure is in a good technical condition.

Assembly of a passenger lift - The Employer requires that the handling equipment supplied and assembled at the Employer's request have a document specifying the design service life of the UTB device, within the meaning of the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 30 October 2018 on the technical conditions of supervision technical in the field of operation, repair and modernization of handling equipment.

The Employer requires that handling equipment delivered and assembled at the Employer's request have operator panels with passwords and codes necessary to read, change and modify the parameters of lifting equipment components such as inverters, controllers, and motherboards.
