The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest management, and wood skidding to be carried out in the Babki Forest District in 2019. The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts (hereinafter: "Package"): Package I - Performing forest management works in forestry areas: Drapałka, Błażejewo, Czmoń; Package II - Performing works in the field of forest management in forestry areas: Kobylepole, Mechowo; Package III - Performing forest management works at the Odrzykożuch forest nursery; Package IV - Machine harvesting, skidding of timber, and cutting the undergrowth in forestry: Drapałka, Błażejewo, Czmoń, Kobylepole and Mechowo.
