The subject of the contract is the revitalization of sub-area No. 10 — Bytom Śródmieście through the development of part of sub-area No. 10 together with facilities, equipment and infrastructure in the formula “design and build” i.e. the development of design and cost estimate documentation and the implementation of construction works covering its scope the development of residential areas and surrounding service buildings
Revitalization of Sub-Area No. 10 of Bytom Śródmieście through the design and execution of landscaping located at 15 Piłsudskiego Street in BytomThe subject of the contract shall include, in particular, the execution of the demolition project, the development of green design, the design of the installation of outdoor lighting of the site together with obtaining the necessary permits and decisions, and the execution on the basis of the approved project jn.
