Provision of engineering services.

Framework Agreement for the provision of civil and structural engineering services for selected new Housing developments commissioned by Caledonia, Cordale and Bellsmyre Housing Associations. Generally but not exclusively we require full Engineering services to include:

— planning,

— building warrant,

— RCC,

— utilities consent and provision of SER certificate. Detail package and production information that may be required for tendering.
