The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for contractor and landscape gardener services. The aim of the contract is to have available capacity for excavation services and associated plumbing services (site plumber/ADK), and landscape gardener for the assignments that Horten Municipality does not carry out itself.

The framework agreement is for contractor and landscape gardener services.

Some assignments can be exempted from the framework agreement when it is appropriate for the contracting authority as regards available capacity and competence. Separate contests will then be held.

The municipality also needs a landscape gardener for some of the projects, so there must be landscape gardener competence in the company, or a permanent landscape gardener company that the tenderer collaborates with, which will be seen as a permanent part of this contract.
