The Framework Agreement establishes the fundamental conditions and clauses for the entire period of validity of the contract and which constitute the reference basis for the individual Application Contracts, with which the vegetation cutting services on docks, sidewalks, escarpments and pits along the municipal roads and parking lots pertaining to the territory of the Municipality of Lucca will be contracted. The objective of the municipal administration is to improve the safety of municipal roads, the protection of public safety and the operation of the rainwater disposal system. The tender is divided into two functional lots pursuant to art. 3, c. 1, Legislative Decree 50/2016. The contract provides for the application of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 63 of 10 March 2020.
