The purpose of the contract is to satisfy the minimum conservation and maintenance tasks required by the PAG buildings belonging to the "Dobla de Oro" itinerary. These basic tasks of the service are preventive maintenance (also called "by canon") and corrective maintenance, repair (also called "by measurement") in the following buildings: Corral del Carbón; Arab Baths "El Bañuelo"; Moorish House Golden Oven; Dar al Horra Palace; Maristan and Arab Baths Hernando de Zafra (House of the Tombs).
