The project is an existing school building, which will be completely gutted and supplemented by a new extension. The existing building has a partial basement and consists of 4 floors (basement to 2nd floor) with a flat roof. The new building does not have a basement and begins with the floor slab on the ground floor. It consists of EG-2. Og and also receives a flat roof. On the roof there is a photovoltaic system and several ventilation units and other components are positioned.
The school receives a drinking water installation (KW, WW, circulation) made of stainless steel with flushing stations to maintain drinking water hygiene. The waste water downpipes and collecting pipes are made of cast iron pipes, the connecting pipes of sound-insulated PP pipes. The roof drainage is carried out with a vacuum system.
Hot water is provided centrally by means of a fresh water station at the on-site district heating station.
