Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

Heating equipment:

- Dismantling best. Installations

- Heating manifold (10 outlets DN 32 – DN 80) incl. superstructure

- 1 fresh water station (3 cascade)

- approx. 30 radiators

- approx. 70 m² Wärmebänke

- approx. 1000 m stainless steel pipe (DN 15 – DN 32)

- approx. 250 m stainless steel pipe (DN 40 – DN 80)
