The subject of the contract is the delivery of police vehicles marked with segment C type station wagon consisting of:

- basic order i.e. 40 pieces,

- order within the option law i.e. 30 pieces.

- basic order i.e. 40 pieces,

- order within the option law i.e. 30 pieces.

The basic order relates to the delivery of 40 pcs of new police vehicles marked with C-segment station wagon type, including:

1) 10 pcs of cars equipped with a radio that meets the conditions indicated

in Annex No 3Ł to Annex No 3 to the SWZ,

2) 29 pcs of cars equipped with a radio that meets the conditions indicated

in Annex No 4Ł to Annex No 3 to the SWZ,

3) 1 pc of a car equipped with a radio that meets the conditions indicated in Annex No 5Ł to Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The vehicles delivered must be factory-new, manufactured in 2022.
