The performance of a service consisting of collecting the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the municipality of Węgierska Górka in 2022.

1.The object of the order is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property and cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the municipality of Węgierska Górka in 2022

As part of the subject of the contract referred to above, the Contractor will also be obliged to collect and use waste from the baskets, from public places, including from places of organizing events

2.The amount of generated municipal waste that will need to be collected and zoned is estimated at approximately: 4350 Mg.

3. The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Community of Węgierska Górka adopted by Resolution No XIV/154/2020 of 4 May 2020. Mixed waste municipal, biowaste and sorting residues intended for storage in accordance with the law applicable in this respect.
