The LZPD intends to conclude a contract for the supply of work and services for the manufacture and delivery of mobile fuel tanks for means of transport to supply fixed emergency power systems ("oNEA") as part of the "KRITIS" project for crisis prevention of the police in NRW for the area of digital radio of authorities and organizations with security tasks ("BOS") from the budget of a temporary special fund until the end of 2023. In order to maintain the digital radio BOS in NRW during a large-scale power failure (so-called blackout), about 400 digital radio sites will be equipped with diesel/heating oil-powered oNEA. The fuel supply of these systems covers a bridging period of about 72 hours. Within this time, refueling of these sites must be initiated. In order to implement this refuelling of the oNEA, 94 mobile (diesel/heating oil) fuel containers ("tanks") are to be procured.
