The purpose of the procurement is to procure, through an open procedure, the most economically advantageous builder, who is best placed to construct the site in accordance with this invitation to tender. A total of 89 ARA rental apartments will be available. The client's main goals for construction are:

- Target is reasonably priced (ARA target)

- The object is of appropriate quality level (ARA target)

- The cooperation during the project is smooth and communication is proactive between the project partners

- Construction begins in autumn 2019

- In Phase 2 construction, the safety and functionality of the environment will be safeguarded with minimum disruption to residents who have already moved to Phase 1.

The property has a total floor area of 3,941 htm 2 . Of the 89 apartments in Phase 1, Phase 1 includes 46 and Phase 2 includes 43.

Kunta-aravat Oy is the developer of the project. The building will be executed as a general contract.
