The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from residents from residential real estate located in the commune of the city of Sochaczew, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from residents from residential real estate located in the commune of the city of Sochaczew, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions:

- the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010, as amended),

- the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended),

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2028),

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery of other municipal waste fractions by other methods (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),

- resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowieckie Voivodship No. 3/19 of 22.1.2019 regarding the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie voivodship 2024 with annexes.
