The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels and gaseous fuel in a non-cash system on the basis of fleet cards for vehicles and equipment of organizational units of the Olsztyn poviat and poviat legal persons.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of liquid fuels and gaseous fuel in a non-cash system on the basis of fleet cards for vehicles and equipment of organizational units of the Olsztyn poviat and poviat legal persons.

2. The Contractor shall provide the possibility of refuelling at petrol stations 7 days a week.

3. The purchase of fuel shall be considered each time refuelling at the Contractor's service station to the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles, power-driven devices and canisters.

4. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party will make a non-cash, successive purchase of fuels, i.e.:

1) DIESEL ON,

2) unleaded gasoline Pb-95,

3) LPG.

5. The expected amount of fuel that will be purchased on the date of execution of the subject of the order:

1) diesel on – 145 356 liters,

2) unleaded gasoline Pb-95 – 15 328 liters,

3) LPG - 7 800 liters.

6. The quantities referred to in paragraph 5 shall be estimated quantities. The actual amount of fuel will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period, whereby the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum level of implementation of the subject of the contract is 70% of the gross contractual remuneration. The Ordering Party has the right to reduce or increase the quantity of individual types of fuels, provided that the gross contractual remuneration is not exceeded.

7. Successive purchase of fuels will be made in a non-cash system using electronic fleet cards at the Contractor's service stations.

8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
