1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the points of electricity consumption of the contracting authority for the purposes specified in point A in the total estimated amount over a period of 12 months – 1.771.895 kWh:
a) Street lighting – Tariff C12b, other facilities – Tariff Cxx and Gxx.
b) The above activities are performed on the basis of Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the contract.

Supply of electricity to the building of the Administrative and Information Center in Legionowo at marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 41 05-120 Legionowo and to the Arena Legionowo building at 50B B. Chrobrego Street in Legionowo.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the points of electricity consumption of the contracting authority for the purposes specified in point A in the total estimated amount over a period of 12 months – 1.771.895 kWh:
a) Street lighting – Tariff C12b, other facilities – Tariff Cxx and Gxx.
b) The above activities are performed on the basis of Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the contract.
2. As part of the implementation of part A of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall oblige the Contractor to:
1) notifications of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch with its registered office in Warsaw at 95 Marsa Street and PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 63/67 Hoża Street, 00681 Warsaw for the implementation of the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor;
2) representing the Ordering Party before PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch at 95 Marsa Street and PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 63/67 Hoża Street, 00681 Warsaw, in matters related to the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of distribution services.
3. The Contractor must have concluded and binding an agreement with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the DSO distribution network to all facilities of the Contracting Authority indicated in Appendix 1. The Contracting Authority informs that 117 collection points (listed in the list of collection points - Annex 1 to the GK agreement) have concluded an agreement with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch with its registered office in Warsaw at 95 Marsa Street, and for 3 collection points items 15, 16 and item 27. (listed in the list of collection points - Annex 1 to the agreement with PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 63/67 Hoża Street, 00681 Warsaw.

Table 2 Tariff Cxx and Gxx Other facilities including item 27 connection Multi-storey garage at 6 Szwajcara Street in Legionowo, No. PPE_590508800000149128, meter number 58005723, tariff C21, contractual capacity 100 kW, estimated energy consumption [kWh] within 12 months 100,000 kWh – Comprehensive Agreement for the Sale of Electricity and Provision of Distribution Services and Provision of Electricity Collection and Settlement Service introduced into the DSO network from microinstallations for the Prosumer - Customer Business / Entrepreneur running a sole proprietorship. (The unit has its own generation installation with a capacity of 115 kW RES – it uses the prosumer formula) has concluded an agreement with PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 63/67 Hoża Street, 00681 Warsaw.
5. Actual settlements for the supply of electricity will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and settlement systems according to the rates indicated

6. Supply of electricity to the building of the Administrative and Information Center in Legionowo at marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 41 05-120 Legionowo and to the Arena Legionowo building at 50B B. Chrobrego Street in Legionowo.
7. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption point in a total estimated amount over a period of 12 months – 910,000 kWh (Tariff C21 – 830,000 kWh, Tariff C11 – 80,000 kWh). 8. 8. Energy distribution services to the Ordering Party's facilities are provided by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch, 04-470 Warsaw, Marsa 95 Street, under an electricity distribution agreement – an agreement concluded for an indefinite period.
9. Currently, energy supply to the Ordering Party's facilities is provided as part of the reserve sale of energy to PGE Obrót S.A.
10. Actual settlements for the supply of electricity will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and settlement systems according to the rates indicated in the contract – resulting from the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party has the right to change the amount of contractual power in writing on the terms resulting from the Tariff. Settlements of deliveries will be made in monthly settlement periods based on the rates and fees specified in the contract.
