The purpose of the contract is the award of the operating services of the Legazpi Light Packaging Selection Plant (PSE Legazpi), as well as the purchase of an additional flag for this service.

The purpose of the contract is to manage the service and carry out the process improvements of the GHK packaging selection plant, located in the Legazpi industrial estate, at C/Urola 8-A.

The Annexes provide additional information regarding the Location and Service Areas of the Facility, in such a way as to ensure their proper treatment and maximise the selection of materials and fractions recoverable under the Framework Agreement for Collaboration between the BASQUE GOVERNMENT and Ecoembalajes España, S.A., of 25 years. June 2014 (currently extended).
