The subject of the contract are round-the-clock services related to the rental and provision of equipment services together with the operator at the winter maintenance of provincial and district roads (m.in roadways, bus bays, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle paths) maintained by the PZD in Myszków. The performance of the contract is aimed at eliminating or reducing traffic disruptions caused by factors such as winter slipperiness and snowfall. The size of the order will depend on the prevailing weather conditions. The remuneration for the performance of the service will be remuneration for the actual kilometers worked - hours of equipment according to the unit prices specified in the offer form attached to the offer by the Contractor.

A truck for a sandblasting-solarka must have a min. for two axles (6x4 drive is allowed) min.190 HP, it is allowed to provide services by truck with a sandblaster (P-1) - in the amount specified below. Trucks with a sandblaster and a sandblaster-solarka must be equipped with a medium plow, a GPS device with the possibility of printing a report on the work of the equipment and a mobile phone.

Sander-solder — sprinkle right, sprinkle left or full width, percentage control of the amount of the mixture, control of the sandblasting machine from the cab of the car (self-drive independent of the movement of the car).

Estimated scope to be worked through the implementation of services:

- 40.000,00 km (working)

- approximately 24.000.00 hours of home duty

Required quantity of hardware units - 7 pcs.

it is allowed to use equipment units of the type and quantity: a beaten truck with a sandblasting-solarka mounted - min. 5 pcs.; a ploughed truck with a sandblaster (P-1) installed – up to 2 pcs.

Additional information:

1. The hours of "home on-call" for TASK 1 will be counted in the period: 1 November 2023 to 31 March 2024.

2. Contracts for the provision of winter maintenance services for provincial and district roads maintained by the District Road Administration in Myszków in the winter season 2023/2024 will be in force from October 15, 2023 to April 30, 2024 - subject to the extension or shortening of the indicated deadline depending on the creation, maintenance and termination of winter conditions in the 2023/2024 season.

1) Elimination of black ice and mechanical and manual snow removal of pavements and pedestrian and bicycle paths located along provincial roads maintained by the District Road Administration in Myszków.

Mechanical snow removal and removal of ice on the surface of pavements and pedestrian and bicycle paths should be carried out using a ploughed motor vehicle or agricultural tractor, structurally adapted to the installation of a plow and a sand spreader with a permissible total weight together with accessories and a load not exceeding 3.5 tons.

Estimated scope to be worked through the implementation of services:

- 81 610,00 m divided into routes on which snow removal will take place – the list of routes is attached as Annex 14 to the SWZ.

The estimated number of shares adopted is the calculation of the gross value of the offer to the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ is 15 shares.

The required number of hardware units for TASK 2 - 3 pcs.
