The contract – a mixture of supplies and services – consists in the execution of all the activities necessary for the creation of a single Telemetry and Remote Management system (Remote Control) aimed at controlling the technological systems through which Acquevenete manages the integrated water service, with the supply of field devices installed at the plants and a SCADA management system.

The services are inclusive of any supply, service and supply as provided in the project documents and in the technical performance report, to which reference is made, and must be performed according to the methods, times and with the technical characteristics better described therein.

Main services: all services listed in points a. to g.;

Secondary services: training and training of Acquevenete personnel, assistance and maintenance services.

In particular, the following services are required:

a. supply of the control centre;

b. supply, installation and configuration of the new central SCADA;

c. programming and customization of the SCADA with the creation of graphic pages;

d. supply, installation and configuration of substations and local control stations;

e. supply, configuration and programming of RTUs, complete with electrical panel, interconnection routers and - where provided - HMI panels, as well as their connection to the new central SCADA;

f. interconnection to the central SCADA of peripheral remote control systems implemented within the framework of project 1061B (subject to a different procurement procedure);

g. interconnection to the central SCADA of existing local remote control systems of which Acquevenete has provided for the maintenance and interconnection to the new SCADA;

h. training and training activities for Acquevenete personnel;

i. support and maintenance services.
