The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment under the name as in point II.1.1 in parts:
Lot 1 (contract 9):
"Modernization of water supply stations in the commune of Strzelce Opolskie", including:
a) Water Supply Station in Błotnica Strzelecka,
b) Water Supply Station in Rozmierka,
c) Water Supply Station in Kadłub,
d) Water Pipe Station in Szczepanek.
Part 2 (part of contract 10): "Modernization of the water supply system in the commune of Strzelce Opolskie Stage III":
Reconstruction and construction:
a) a water supply system in ul. Osiedle i Fabryczna in Strzelce Opolskie,
b) a water supply system in ul. Biadaczowa, Czerwona and Szymiszowska in Rożniątów and ul. Freedom in Szymiszów.
Part 3 (contract 4 and part of contract 10) in Strzelce Op. It includes:
a) Reconstruction and construction of the water main in ul. Cementowa and 1 Maja,
b) Reconstruction of the water supply network, chapter in street 1 Maja and Habryki,
c) Construction of sanitary sewage system in ul. 1 Maja (with pumping station).
The scope of the first order part is as follows:
a) Modernization of the water supply station in Błotnica Strzelecka, with a total capacity of Qmax = 50 m3 / h, including:
- demolition of an existing brick building and construction of a one-story container building, without a basement, with a water pumping station and rooms: pump set hall with replacement of pumps and fittings, chlorine and toilet,
- construction of a steel tank for storing treated water - capacity 100 m3 (single chamber),
- construction of new well housings from concrete rings and 2 new submersible pumps,
- construction of gravity sanitary sewage system made of PVC-U pipes ø 160 mm with L = 4.16 m and pressure pipeline sanitary sewage system made of PEHD pipes, ø 90 mm with L = 67.45 m; sewage pumping station 1 pc,
- construction of pavements and maneuvering areas, automation, including flow meter, new energy-saving lighting.
b) Modernization of the water supply station in Kadłuba with a total capacity of Qmax = 60 m3 / h, including:
- reconstruction of the existing brick building of the water supply station with partial demolition and replacement of devices, including assembly of: pumps and fittings, filtration sets, aeration set, compressor blowers, water disinfection dosing systems, technological pipelines, electrical installation and I&C,
- modernization of two treated water retention tanks with a capacity 2x200 m3, including assembly of: 1 pump set, electrical installation and I&C, new well housing,
- construction of gravity sanitary sewage system made of PVC-U pipes, ø 160 mm, length approx. L = 10.46 m and pressure pipeline made of PEHD pipes ø 90 mm, length approx. L = 151.08 m,
- reconstruction of the raw water pipeline from PE pipes ø 160 mm with a length of approx. L = 157.93 mb,
- construction of sewage pumping station 1 pc,
- execution of the electrical network and I&C, including assembly of: new RG and RT switchboards, and lighting of the area.
c) Modernization of the water supply station in Rozmierka with a total capacity of Qmax = 50 m3 / h, including:
- demolition of an existing brick building and construction of a one-story container building, without a basement, with a water pumping station and rooms: pump set hall with replacement of pumps and fittings, chlorine and toilet,
- construction of a steel tank for the storage of treated water with a capacity of 100 m3 (single chamber),
- construction of new well housings from concrete rings and two new submersible pumps,
- construction of gravity sanitary sewage system made of PVC-U pipes, ø 160 mm, length approx. L = 48.30 m,
- construction of pavements and maneuvering areas,
- construction of automation, incl. flowmeter
- construction of new energy-saving indoor and outdoor lighting
d) Modernization of the water supply station in Szczepanek, with a total capacity of Qmax = 50 m3 / h, including:
- demolition of the existing building and construction of a one-story container building, without a basement, with a water pumping station and rooms: pump set hall with replacement of pumps and fittings; chlorine and toilet,
- construction of a steel tank for the storage of treated water with a capacity of 100 m3 (single chamber),
- construction of new well housings from concrete rings and two new submersible pumps,
- construction of gravity sanitary sewage system made of PVC-U pipes ø 160 mm, length approx. L = 33.38 mb,
- construction of automation, incl. flowmeter
- construction of pavements and maneuvering areas,
- construction of new energy-saving indoor and outdoor lighting.

Under the contract and the lump sum remuneration, the Contractor will be required to:
a) the implementation of construction works in accordance with the design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, relevant Polish and industry standards, the Terms of Reference, principles of knowledge and construction art as well as the guidelines of the Investor's Supervision Inspectors and the Employer,
b) in the case of the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, coordinating the work of subcontractors, bearing full responsibility for them,
c) ensuring technical supervision of the task being performed, supervision of staff in the field of work order and discipline,
d) proper keeping of construction documentation,
e) performance of works taking into account all conditions and orders resulting from mutual agreements and obligations,
f) organization and development of the construction base,
g) ensuring appropriate health and safety and fire protection conditions,
h) make the necessary measurements, laboratory tests, start-ups, etc., if they are necessary for putting the subject of the order into service,
i) in case of doubts as to the quality of works, equipment or materials: ensuring at its expense the performance of laboratory tests, delivery of instrumentation and ensuring human potential to check the quality and quantity of materials used to perform the contract and the quality of the works performed.
j) if, in connection with the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor causes damage to the Employer or other third parties, he will be obliged to repair it immediately.
k) during the implementation of the investment, the Contractor shall provide the Employer and Investor's Supervision with the opportunity to check and approve building materials that will be used to perform the subject of the contract.
l) The Contractor is obliged to restore to good condition and order the construction site, as well as (if used) roads, real estate, equipment, facilities, etc., which the Contractor violated or occupied in the performance of the subject of the contract. After completion of the works, the Contractor from the owners of adjacent areas occupied or affected during the implementation of the investment, will obtain a declaration of bringing these areas to a usable condition from the beginning of the implementation, which will attach to the documentation of receipt of the works.
The scope of the contract also includes the costs of:
a. Full geodetic service of completed construction works, together with preparation of a geodetic inventory of completed works and obtaining confirmation of its admission to the National Geodetic Resources,
b. Occupation of the road lane for the duration of the works,
c. Road restoration in accordance with the decisions of Road Managers and detailed designs and contractual terms,
d. Traffic organization and necessary detours for the duration of the works and development of the temporary traffic organization project or any change or updating of the temporary traffic organization projects for the duration of the works,
e. Obtaining necessary decisions and reconciliations or changing out-of-date decisions and reconciliations appropriate to perform the intended construction works, which the Contractor will obtain on behalf of the Employer,
f. Preparation of as-built documentation of completed works (for each acceptance of works).
The Employer provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the contract in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in the event of circumstances described in paragraph 14 of Part II of the ToR (Contract template)
Attention ! When submitting the offer for part 1 (first), it is recommended to have a local visit to the above-mentioned Water Supply Stations,

Part 2 (part of contract 10): "Modernization of the water supply and sewage system in the Strzelce Opolskie Commune, Stage III" includes the tasks of:
a) Reconstruction and construction of a water supply network in Osiedle and Fabryczna streets in Strzelce Opolskie, including:
- pipeline with a diameter of 160 mm PE HD100 SDR11 - approx. 540.55 m,
- 110 mm PE HD100 SDR11 pipeline - approx. 41.40 m,
- DN80 mm pipeline made of ductile iron - approx. 6.85 linear meters
- reconstruction of water supply connections with a diameter of 32 PEHD - approx. 247.33 mb (52 pcs)
- installation of 4 underground hydrants
b) Reconstruction and construction of the water supply network in Biadaczowa, Szarpszowa and Szymiszowska Streets in Rożniątów and Wolności Street in Szymiszów include the tasks of:
- pipeline with a diameter of 160 mm PE HD100 SDR11 (trench) - approx. 1,983.78 mb,
- 110 mm PE HD100 SDR11 pipeline (trench) - approx. 6.10 mb,
- 90 mm PE HD100 SDR11 pipeline (excavation) - approx. 100.45 mb,
- 80 mm diameter pipeline made of ductile iron - approx. 22.11 m,
- installation of above-ground hydrants - 7 pcs,
- installation of underground hydrants - 3 pcs,
- reconstruction of existing water supply connections with a diameter of 32 mm - approx. 264.65 linear meters (59 pcs)

Under the contract and the lump sum remuneration, the Contractor will be required to:

c) Construction of a sanitary sewage system at 1 Maja Street in Strzelce Opolskie (including a pumping station) including:
- 200 mm PVC-U SN8 pipeline - approx. 209.12 m,
- sewage branches with a diameter of 160 mm - approx. 79.23 m (11 pcs),
- pressure pipeline with a diameter of 110 mm PE HD100 RC SDR11 - approx. 183.35 mb,
- construction of concrete wells with a diameter of 1200 mm - 9 pcs
- construction of sewage pumping station with accessories - 1 item

The contractor will ensure the management of waste generated during construction works (the contractor is a waste producer according to the Waste Act of December 14, 2012)
The Employer provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the contract in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in the event of circumstances described in paragraph 14 of Part II of the ToR (Contract template)
