The purpose of the contract is to clean the common areas of residential buildings owned by Toul Habitat and includes the following services:

- cleaning and maintenance of the common areas ground floor (type 1 services);

- cleaning of stairwells (type 2 services).

Fixed part – firm tranche:

- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (type 1 services);

- Cleaning of stairwells (type 2 services);

Fixed part – optional tranche 1 - : cleaning and maintenance of common areas ground floor (services type 1): Residence du Parvis, 14 rue du gal Foy, Gama, residence of the station – collective, residence Badot Denis, Moutrot – collective, Domèvre-en-Haye.;

Fixed part – optional tranche 2: Cleaning of stairwells (services type 2): Residences Voltaire, Montesquieu, Rousseau, Diderot, Buffon, Beaumarchais, Chénier, Chateaubriand, Lamartine, Hugo, Vigny, Musset, Gautier, Sand, Fournier, Pergaud, Dorgelès, Péguy, Goncourt, Barres, Zola, Balzac, Stendhal, Mérimée, France, Loti, Daudet, Boileau, Apollinaire, Ecuries de Bourgogne, Résidence du Parc, St Evre 1, Port de France, Jeanne d'Arc, Dommartin-lès-Toul, 12 rue du général Foy, Trondes, Résidence du Parvis, 14 rue du gal Foy, Gama, residence de la gare – collective, residence Badot Denis, Moutrot – collective, Domèvre-en-Haye.

Variable part (punctual services that are the subject of a purchase order when the need arises) for which there is no minimum amount, the maximum annual amount of orders is 5,000 euros HT: Cleaning of a landing and the lower flight of steps.
