The assignment includes:

Regular cleaning maintenance (daily and periodic)

Supply and refilling of sanitary supplies

Delivery and washing of linen

Outside the assignment:

Periodic Floor Maintenance

Glass washing

If, as a result of decisions taken by the central government, additional crisis locations will be opened for the reception of (Ukrainian) refugees, this will also fall under this Agreement. By means of this addition, the Contracting Authority complies with what is written in Article 2.163C of the Procurement Act.

It concerns an agreement for the duration of 9 months. After these months, the Client has the opportunity to extend the Agreement six more times for six months.

Concerns 365 days a year cleaning services, supplying and refilling sanitary supplies and washing linen at 4 locations for the reception of (mainly) Ukrainian refugees.
