The subject of the contract is the provision of SAP Enterprise Support Maintenace services for the integrated SAP IT system used in the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, in accordance with the terms of sap enterprise support services on the terms specified by SAP.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Sap Enterprise Support Maintenace services for the integrated SAP IT system used in the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, in accordance with the terms of sap enterprise support services on the terms specified by SAP.
2. The Ordering Party requires that the SAP Enterprise Support service be provided for a maximum period of 16 months, but it will start from the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the contract will be concluded, but no later than by 31.12.2023, while maintaining the status of continuity of SAP maintenance services from 01.01.2022. The Ordering Party certifies that it has a contract for the provision of SAP Standard Support services valid until 31.12.2021.
3. The list of products that are the subject of SAP Enterprise Support services is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with maintenance services in relation to SAP products listed in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ and in the manner specified in the SAP Enterprise Support Service Plan constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ, consisting in particular in:
4.1. Granting access to the SAP software manufacturer's web portal, through which errors and defects of SAP software should be reported,
4.2. Enabling downloading of correction packages to SAP software,
4.3. Providing changes to the SAP software developed by the manufacturer of the SAP system used in the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management regarding the adaptation of the system to legal changes and updating and expanding the functionality,
4.4. Access to the ABAP source code and separately released and supported function modules,
4.5. Providing remote technical support services provided by developers of the Contractor's solutions for a maximum of five working days in each calendar year,
4.6. Providing new versions of SAP software,
4.7. Providing a service as part of technical support,
4.8. Providing a service level SLA with respect to response time,
5. In order to properly handle requests, the Ordering Party requires the integration of the Ordering Party's SAP Solution Manager environment with the Contractor's SAP Solution Manager environment.

The term of the contract:
The Ordering Party requires that the order be performed for a maximum period of 16 months, but it will start from the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the contract will be concluded and will end no later than by 31 December 2023.
The Ordering Party assumes that it will be possible to conclude the contract until the end of August 2022.
