The subject matter of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with § 21 VgV with a company for the supply of advertising material, conception of new advertising material as well as support services including graphic realization.
We are looking for an expert and network-independent advertising agency - a full-service agency for all aspects of promotional products: from the concept to the finished product, from stocking to individual shipping, from production monitoring and invoicing to controlling and provision of an online ordering platform.
The contract volume for the entire framework agreement is estimated at approx. 200,000 euros gross p.a. This volume refers to approximately 70 items with a circulation of around 180,000 pieces, which can be ordered by the various departments of NDR via an ordering platform provided by the service provider.
The contractor is not entitled to the aforementioned number of items and their volume. It only serves as a reference value in order to be able to better estimate the order volume.

1.7 Description of services
1.7.1 Services of the Contractor
The contractor must be able to develop and implement coherent ideas to support image and program communication in the form of scattering and advertising material based on the NDR's marketing parameters. A sound understanding of the brand, many years of implementation expertise and solid quality management form the basis for this. For logistical processing, an ordering platform and a corresponding storage capacity must be provided. In addition to warehousing, shipping is to be carried out and the monthly billing of the articles from the advertising material application is to be handled. Individual orders are to be invoiced directly after delivery.
In principle, NDR advertising material is primarily individually produced or specially adapted articles, but preferably from the standard program. The NDR corporate design with the use of the NDR colors and/or logos is to be applied according to specifications.

1.7.2 Quality Management | Reporting
The contractor reports monthly, e.g. on sales including customer data such as cost center, cost unit, etc. and stock levels with display if an article-related minimum stock level defined by the NDR has been reached.
The statistics must be made available as a Microsoft Excel file or a compatible spreadsheet program within two working days. An inventory must be carried out for all NDR articles on 31.12. of a year.

1.7.4 Sortimentsanpassungen
Adjustments to the product range resulting from changing requirements can be made by NDR as required during the term. The calculation is based on Sec. 1.6 of these tender documents.
1.8 Order processing
1.8.1 Ordering system
The current range of advertising material is to be made available on an online-based advertising material ordering platform. NDR does not incur any additional costs for their use.
