A separate project organisation shall undertake the planning and construction of the project Tromsøbadet in Tromsø on behalf of the project owner and the contracting authority Tromsø municipality.

82BL-BYG comprises technical construction management in the specialist field of construction works — primarily monitoring related to closing of the framework, roofing, facades and fit-out phase with internal works. Cooperation with other construction managers to safeguard the interface will be important. Construction management are required to be present at the building site.
