The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s Commercial procurement service wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system agreement which will allow clients to seek providers of a cost effective, responsive occupational health service (OHS) for staff. Commercial procurement services encourages the participation of smaller businesses (SMEs) and NHS organisations in public sector procurement. As such the procurement process has been simplified to encourage greater participation. The proposed dynamic purchasing system will greatly reduce the ongoing administrative burden of repeating multiple procurement processes for the services described. This dynamic purchasing system will therefore support public procurement and private enterprise through its efficiency.
