Management of 150 residential care places for dependent elderly people, 20 day-care places for people with Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases and 27 transport points linked to the provision of the day care service at the Bembrive Nursing Home and Alzheimer's Day Centre in Bembrive, both integrated into the property owned by Xunta de Galicia located at Monte Arieiro Street 140, CP 36214, Vigo.

The bids of the tenderers will be to all the places tendered.

The transport service is mandatory for users who require it.

In addition to the day-care service, the contracting entity may provide persons with Alzheimer's, or in situations of dependency, or who are not in a situation of dependency, are at risk of suffering from it, any of the services for the prevention of situations of dependency and promotion of personal autonomy, which, where appropriate, offer as improvement, and which appear related in the criterion for valuation of improvements. The intensity of the respective service will respond to the number of hours expressed in the Individual Care Plan (PIA). The provision of these services may be carried out in the same facilities of the centre or in other different facilities, set up for this purpose and located in the same locality where the day centre is located.

This authorization must be taken prior to the award of the contract. In any case, these services shall be carried out without interference or impairment to the provision of the daytime care service, which is the object of this contract.

The development of these services will not entail any cost to the Administration. The user will participate in the cost of the same according to the participation table collected for these services in Decree 149/2013, of September 5.
