The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2025r. with a total estimated volume of 16,832.23 MWh, including:

1) For premises and facilities in 2024 (Part 1 of the contract) – 2 632.92 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ,

2) For the needs of road lighting in 2024 (Part 2 of the contract) – 1 200.15 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1b to the SWZ.

3) For MPWiK facilities in Sieradz in 2024 (Part 3 of the order) – 5,008.35 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c to the SWZ

4) For premises and facilities in 2025 (Part 4 of the contract) – 2 087.35MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d to the SWZ,

5) For the needs of road lighting in 2025 (Part 5 of the contract) – 895.11 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1e to the SWZ.

6) For MPWiK facilities in Sieradz in 2025 (Part 6 of the contract) – 5 008.35 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1f to the SWZ.

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 210 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 2 632.92 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Metering systems with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure of changing the seller

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 1 200.15 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 5 008.35 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024,

5. Measuring systems with tariff group B shall be adapted to the procedure for changing the seller.

6. The electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire on the day preceding the planned start date of supply (column 'Delivery period').
