The present service contract concerns the conclusion of various insurance contracts as part of the renewal of the insurance portfolio of the Anhée Communal Administration and the Anhée CPAS.
This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of Articles 48 et seq. of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.
The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract.
