The listed East School is located on the property at Karl - Liebknecht Straße 56 in Gera. This will be extensively renovated and rebuilt.

At the same time, a 1.5-fold sports hall is being built. Sports equipment must be permanently installed for this new building.

The following rough quantities should be carried out:

- 1 piece of construction site equipment,

- 1 piece of work and assembly planning,

- 2 pcs. Partition curtain systems with lateral sound sumps and soundproof cladding on top.

- 19 m handrail railing side,

- 29 m handrail wall side,

- 24 corner formations,

- 1 300 kg substructure ventilation unit.
