The contracting authority divides the contracts into two parts and allows the submission of partial tenders. PART 1 The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of collection, transport and management of all municipal waste generated on properties inhabited and not inhabited in the city and municipality of Prochowice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of others than hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended).
