Tenders are invited by STAR Procurement, on behalf of Trafford Council, from organisations with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for providing e-Books and e-Audiobooks to Trafford and other Greater Manchester Authorities, with the potential for Authorities outside the GM area.

Value of the framework of 4 years is approx. 800 000 GBP based on the participating authorities listed in the tender documents. Value for the call-off for the maximum of six years is valued between 150 000 GBP and 2 500 000 GBP.

Participating authorities who call off from the framework can call-off with the longer period of 4 years, but no longer than 6 years in total. Initial call off term being 4 years, plus 2x12 month extension options.
