The clients of the contract are the municipal councils of the municipalities of Bunschoten, Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Leusden, Nijkerk, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten and Zeewolde and the (general) boards of the joint schemes I-service H2O and Meerinzicht. .
The assignment concerns the provision of audit services from financial year 2021 to 2026. (Four years with one x option to extend for two years).
Lots: the contract to be awarded is divided over three lots.
- Lot 1: concerns accountancy services for the municipalities of Bunschoten, Leusden, Putten and Nijkerk,
- Lot 2: concerns accountancy services for the municipalities of Ermelo, Harderwijk, Zeewolde and the GR Meerinzicht,
- Lot 3: concerns accountancy services for the municipalities of Hattem, Heerde Oldebroek, Nunspeet, Elburg and the GR I service H2O.
Tenderers are allowed to tender separately on all lots.
Bunschoten, Leusden, Nijkerk and Putten (BLNP)Agreement is entered into for a period of four years with an option to extend for two years.
