You are invited by SRUC, acting for itself and on behalf of the University of Edinburgh, the James Hutton Institute and Affiliated Bodies listed in the statement of requirements (and any new and successor institutions) to tender for admission to a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Agrochemicals and Agronomy Advice in terms of, and in accordance with this Invitation to Tender (ITT).
The resulting Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.

The resulting Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
ITT Bids will be scored on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) basis using a price: quality ratio of 60:40. Evaluation will be carried out by staff from SRUC, the University of Edinburgh and the James Hutton Institute.
It is a minimum requirement for this opportunity that suppliers hold the following industry accreditation (or equivalent accreditation for the country in which they are established):
