The subject of the order is the replacement of 288 monoblock wheels (including 96 monoblock driving wheels and 192 monoblock rolling wheels) together with the replacement of brake discs, axial bearings and mounting material in wheel sets dismantled from twelve 45WE Impuls electric multiple units.

1. The subject of the order is the replacement of 288 monoblock wheels (including 96 monoblock driving wheels and 192 monoblock rolling wheels) together with the replacement of brake discs, axial bearings and mounting material in wheel sets dismantled from twelve 45WE Impuls electric multiple units.

2. Technical specifications of the 45WE Impuls type electric multiple units are presented in Annex 1 to the contract.

3. The Ordering Party shall provide disassembled wheel sets to the place where 288 monoblock wheels are replaced and collect them after the monoblock wheels have been replaced.

4. The Employer requires that the Contractor under the contract provide brand new:

1) monoblock wheels (drive and rolling wheels),

2) brake discs,

3) axial (axial) bearings,

4) other mounting materials (screws, nuts, washers, etc.).

5. The detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the Material provisions of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the ToR.

6. In all the provisions of the ToR and its annexes, in which the Employer refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the PPL, allows for the use of equivalent solutions, standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, indicated in the ToR and annexes. In the case of using equivalent solutions, the Contractor is required to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in relation to the subject of the contract.

7. The Employer requires that the Contractor grant:

1) quality guarantee for the assembly work carried out for a period of at least 12 months, counting from the day of signing the acceptance report of the complete set of wheel sets from each vehicle, without comments,

2) guarantee of wheelset mileage for not less than 450 thousand. km in the range of replaced wheels, brake discs, axial bearings and the mounting material used.

8. The Purchaser requires the contract to be completed by December 31, 2020.

9. The Employer requires that the replacement of monoblock wheels in each of the sets of wheel sets dismantled from individual EZT 45WE Impuls type be carried out within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of handing over the wheel sets to the Contractor.
