The client intends the energetic renovation of the comprehensive school Gangelt. The building, which dates back to 1972, has almost no insulation. The exterior walls as well as the roof and the windows have not been renovated for more than 30 years. An energetic renovation in general has not taken place. Only the boiler plant was renewed due to the not repairable condition in the year 2007. Otherwise, the structure of the building should be rated as good, so that the adaptation of the building fabric to the current requirements for thermal insulation is recommended accordingly.

In the second construction phase, the energy renovation of the south façade and the renovation of the entire roof for the main building took place. Now, in the course of the 3rd construction phase, the outer walls and windows of the east and west wings as well as the north facade (auditorium) are to be retrofitted or redeveloped in accordance with today's technical and energy requirements in order to ensure the sustainable use of the school building. This energetic refurbishment also affects the area of technical building equipment to a great extent, which also has to be adapted in this context.

The subject of the contract is the sealing work of the 3rd construction phase for the renovation of the rooms in the east and west wing, as well as on the façade views on the schoolyard side. The exact scope of services can be found in the specification of services attached to the tender documents.
