The purpose of this consultation is the supply of frozen foodstuffs for the catering service of the city of Nanterre. These foodstuffs must be kept at negative temperatures of -18°C or less.

The services will be broken down into 6 lots handled by separate contracts.

Each contract will be awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders.

Framework agreements will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months and will be tacitly renewable 3 times in 12-month periods.

This contract includes environmental performance conditions, details of which are indicated in the CCAP.

Lot 1A concerns various frozen foodstuffs from the conventional production circuit.

This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders.

The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be

Lot 1B concerns fish and frozen fish preparations from sustainable fisheries. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. The amounts set for this lot are as follows: with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 600,000.00 euros (excl. VAT).

Lot 1b will be sampled (see details in Article 13 of the consultation regulations)

Lot 1C concerns frozen fruit and vegetables from a farm with level 2 and/or 3 environmental certification. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. It will be tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. Lot 1D concerns products made from vegetable proteins and from organic farming. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. Lot 1e concerns miscellaneous foodstuffs with a SIQO (Identification Sign of Quality and Origin) or acquired in accordance with procedures that take into account the costs attributed to the environmental externalities linked to the product during its life cycle as well as its performance in terms of respect for the environment. This contract will be awarded in the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders.
