The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2025.

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 is 15 801.218 MWh.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

The model contract contains Annex 3a to the SWZ together with Annex 1a (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2a (power of attorney).

3. The description of the object of the order specifies quality standards relating to all relevant features of the object of the contract (the subject of the order is standardized — will be implemented identically, whichever Contractor performs it), all lifecycle costs are taken into account — margin, trading balancing costs, transaction fees, profile volatility costs, graphic volatility costs, graphing costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. In addition to the above costs, the Ordering Party does not provide for other costs of electricity supply.
