Bismarckstr. 20, Bismarckschule — Comprehensive renovation of painting works inside

The Bismarckschule is one of the most important Art Nouveau buildings in the city of Nuremberg. The property comprises a 4-storey double-winged building with hip roofs, diaphragm, lantern towers and dormers, a 2-storey hall with a flat roof and a polygonal clock tower with hood roof and lantern. The outer wall of the ground floor is made of rustic sandstone brick masonry, the upper floors are massively plastered and the entire building is decorated with rich Art Nouveau decor. The northern outbuilding is a 2-storey, plastered solid building with a hipped roof and sandstone pile annexes. Massive damage to the facade and roof, as well as static problems of the ceilings in the second basement require a comprehensive redevelopment. The work is to be carried out in close coordination with the monument protection, references are requested in this regard.

The following work is required for the advertised trade:

— approx. 3 450 m2 floor cover, paint fleece, hold and cover including dispose of,

— deliver, maintain and move approximately 1 mobile scaffolding,

— approx. 100 m2 protection of windows and doors with foil,

— approx. 4 000 m2 dispose of protective film,

— create approx. 5 pieces of samples,

— approx. 215 m2 dispersion paint staining ceilings,

— approx. 470 m2 dispersion paint staining walls,

— approx. 535 m2 glue paint to wash blankets,

— approx. 935 m2 glue paint to wash walls,

— approx. 2 325 m2 overhaul painting ceiling silicate paint,

— approx. 5 140 m2 overhaul walls silicate paint,

— approx. 250 m2 allowance Coloured outline,

— approx. 140 m2 plasterboard Q3 spatulas

— approx. 140 m2 plasterboard paint - first coat,

— approx. 575 m2 overhaul paint painting wood parts — doors etc.

— approx. 990 m overhaul coat of wooden skirting board,

— approx. 350 m elastic lining.
