Service of management, management and monitoring for the realization of the survey on income and living conditions (EU-SILC) - Year 2019 to be carried out with simultaneous mixed technique CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) / CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing), including related and instrumental services, as detailed in the tender documentation

The contract concerns the assignment of the following services:

a) construction of approximately n. 22 400 total interviews:

- about n. 10 950 interviews with CATI technique,

- about n. 11 450 interviews with the CAPI technique.

b) services connected and instrumental to the execution of the service, all as better described in the tender documentation.

The security charges associated with interference risks are EUR 0.

The amount based on the tender includes labor costs, estimated at EUR 810 000.00.

Unit amounts based on tender discounts:

- EUR 24 excluding VAT for the CATI interview,

- EUR 95 excluding VAT for the CAPI interview.

Unit prices include services connected and instrumental to the execution of the interviews described in the Technical Specifications
