The supply of generators for treatment of wounds by negative pressure, the supply of pharmaceutical medical devices, for the establishments of the GHT 49. The services will be subject to a master purchase order agreement with no minimum or maximum passed pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Supply of generators means making available, leasing and purchasing. Because of the diversity of the supply arrangements (purchase, rental, provision), their nature (equipment, services, consumables), existing parks within establishments and protocols for the use of devices, it is not possible to determine an amount for this contract. The estimate of quantities in the requirements summary table referred to in Article 1 of the CCTP is indicative for these establishments.
