The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:

Part 1: Purchase 2 pcs. type "C" ambulances;

Part 2: Purchase 2 pcs. electric stretchers.

1.The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 pcs. brand new, free from physical and legal defects, not used for demonstration purposes specialized cars, i.e. emergency ambulances type "C" for WSPR in Rzeszów. Base vehicles with a production date not earlier than 2023 Each offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022), the applicable PN-EN 1789 + A2 standard or the equivalent standard for the means of road transport type C and have a certificate of approval of a completed vehicle (base car with medical body) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475). Ambulances delivered must have current "Vehicle Type Approval Certificates", the validity date of which must be sufficient for the Ordering Party to complete the registration formalities. In addition, the medical equipment and equipment delivered together with the ambulances (if applicable) must have supporting documents for marketing and use in Poland and comply with and meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended)

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be set out in the following annexes:

1) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ") for part 1, i.e. the form of required parameters (technical specification, Annex 3 – part 1) constituting annexes to the specification (available in separate files)

2) Annex 4 and 4a to the SWZ entitled Draft provisions of the public procurement contract together with annexes for part 1 (available in separate files).

1.The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 pcs. brand new, unused, produced not earlier than in 2023, free from physical and legal defects, not used as an object used for demonstration purposes of electric stretchers according to the specification specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. The stretcher should meet the applicable standard PN-EN 1865-2, PN-EN 1865-3 (requirements for stretchers and other medical equipment for patient movement used in road ambulances) or equivalent standards. The required minimum warranty period for an electric stretcher is 24 months
