The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall.

For this purpose, object planning services within the framework of the

Performance profile building according to §34 HOAI required.

The city of Erbach intends to build a new town hall on parcels No. 232, 237 and 238. The new building is to receive approx. 3,600 m² GFA.

The negotiated procedure is preceded by a multiple assignment after completion of the competition for participation. The five participants selected in the participation competition will be commissioned with pre-planning services (partial services of performance phase 2 according to §34 HOAI) within the framework of multiple commissioning. The assignment is carried out in stages:

- Level 1: LPH 1-4

- Level 2: LPH 5-9

The multiple assignments are carried out in a cooperative procedure with an intermediate colloquium. It is not a planning competition. The RPW 2013 for participation in the negotiated procedure does not apply. After completion of the multiple assignment

selected participants shall be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure. The client reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations.
