The subject of this open procedure is a framework contract for the care, maintenance, further development and operation of various portals and apps as a complete solution in the sense of a everything as a service (XaaS).

The State Institute for the Environment Baden-Wuerttemberg is the development center for various software products of the federal states cooperation VKoop UIS projects state environmental portals (LUPO) and flood information and warning system (FLIWAS) and the international flood portal (LHP). As part of this cooperation, web portals (LUPO, FLIWAS) and applications for mobile devices (My Environment App, My Level App, FLIWAS App) are developed, operated and maintained. In addition to central access to registered environmentally relevant information from authorities, warning systems can be used via the systems, e.g. B. when a threshold value is reached (e.g. water level, ozone concentration, particulate matter) or the user can submit messages about the various front ends (e.g. species discoveries, flood images, lath level). The building blocks developed within the framework of the federal-state cooperation are also used in the LUBW website and in the connected specialist portals of the air, KÜ, flowing water and noise measurement networks.
